Brussels, 25 May 2025 — Jamyang Lophel School held its annual parents’ meeting today, focusing on the importance of family involvement and cultural education.
The meeting began with opening remarks from the Head of Teacher Kalsang Gyal, followed by a speech from Lhakpa Tsering, who emphasized the role of families in raising children and the importance of attending Tibetan language classes to preserve identity and heritage.
Teachers then shared insights into their teaching methods and stressed the importance of preserving Tibetan language and culture. Parents also voted to elect a new head of the Parents’ Association.
The event concluded with a question and answer session, allowing for open dialogue between parents and teachers. The meeting highlighted the community’s shared commitment to education and cultural preservation.
